There will be a rosary service held at the Thorp Funeral Home, on Tuesday, at 7:30pm.
Visitation will also be held at the church, on Wednesday, from 10am until time of service.

Full Obituary

     QUINCY R. PASKERT, age 40, of Bloomer, WI, formerly of Thorp, WI, joined his mother in Heavenly peace on Thursday, July 30, 2015.  Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, in Thorp.  Rev. Janusz Kowalski will officiate and burial will follow in St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be:  Jason Boyarski, Mike Boehlke, Billy Lobacz, Robbie Lobacz, Josh Paskert, Jake Paskert, Marty Rolfes and Kraig Lassig.  Visitation will be held at Thorp Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 4-8pm, with a 7:30pm rosary service, and again at the church, on Wednesday, from 10am until time of service.
     Quincy Royce Paskert was born to Larry and Janet (Kluver) Paskert, on July 21, 1975 in Spirit Lake, IA.  The family moved to Wisconsin in 1976 and Quincy grew up on the family farm in the Town of Reseburg.  He attended Thorp High School, where his passion was football, and graduated in 1993.  After high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
     Quincy's professional life included:  appraising real estate for Valuation Specialist of Eau Claire;  salesman for Bothun Automotive and Link Brothers Ford;  and most recently, owner of Blue Water Medical Staffing.
     Quincy was joined in marriage to Holly Geissler on October 2, 2011.  They are the proud parents of Jorjanna, Jocelin and Jasmin.  They later divorced.
     He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Tilden, and taught C.C.D. classes at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Bloomer.
     Quincy had may interests, but especially enjoyed fishing, skiing, coaching and doing anything with his girls.  He also enjoyed hunting, woodworking and watching the Packers, Badgers and Brewers.
     He is survived by the three loves of his life:  daughters, Jorjanna, Jocelin and Jasmin.  He is further survived by his father, Larry Paskert and step-mother, Paula Paskert of Thorp;  sister:  Melissa Paskert of Thorp;  brother:  Tony (Julie) Paskert of Greenwood;  step-brother:  Troy Vetterkind of Thorp;  step-sister:  Melissa Vetterkind of Durham, NC;  grandmother:  Agnes Paskert of Spirit Lake, IA;  nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and numerous other relatives.
     He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Paskert, on January 14, 1988;  paternal grandfather: Lorence Paskert; and his maternal grandparents: Harry and Ione Kluver.
